Description
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process for charter flights, from initial inquiry to booking.
- Prepare and provide accurate price quotations, ensuring operational feasibility (e.g., crew duty, airport restrictions, aircraft performance).
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, responding promptly with a high level of customer service.
- Monitor sold flights in coordination with internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing a premium, client & focused experience.
- Generate contracts, invoices, and flight briefs while maintaining accurate records in the database.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all client needs, including catering and ground transport, are met.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent MJET and develop new business opportunities.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets
Your Profile
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience in business aviation sales or operations (minimum 1 year).
- Strong customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tools (e.g., CRM systems, Avinode).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Entrepreneurial mindset with networking skills and a results-driven attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with private jet charter or brokerage services.
- Familiarity with flight operations, crewing, and aircraft performance.
- German language skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- University degree in Sales, Marketing, Aviation, or a related field.
