Your Responsibilities

• Utilizing the Aircraft Technical Log and applying the MEL.
• Developing and revising the Aircraft Maintenance Program.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of the Maintenance Program.
• Collecting, evaluating, and processing Reliability Data and presenting them to the NPCA.
• Managing time and continuing airworthiness records (with CAMO Assistant support).
• Assessing, accomplishing, and controlling Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and NODs.
• Assessing and controlling non-mandatory changes (modifications).
• Coordinating defect rectification and both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Preparing and distributing work packages for maintenance.
• Reviewing returned packages for completeness and proper sign-off.
• Processing and validating invoices according to issued Work Authorizations.
• Ensuring compliance with ETOPS, EROPS, or other special operational requirements.
• Organizing aircraft weighing procedures.
• Coordinating Maintenance Check Flights (MCFs).
• Issuing Mandatory Occurrence Reports and Safety Reports.
• Managing the Extension of Airworthiness Review Certificates (ARC).

Your Profile

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant aviation technical experience in continuing airworthiness management or aircraft maintenance.
• Education from a recognized Aviation Technical College (e.g., Fachschule Flugtechnik or HTL Maschinenbau – Flugtechnik) is preferred.
• A valid EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance License is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• High level of flexibility.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) – the main language used in the office.
• Competence with Microsoft or Apple software and common airworthiness management tools (e.g., CAMP, CMP, AMOS).
