  • Salary: minimum gross salary of €2,500 per month (14 times per year), with possibility of significant overpayment based on experience and qualifications

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor global flight operations.
  • Prepare and file flight plans based on weather, airspace restrictions, and operational needs.
  • Calculate fuel requirements, flight times, and alternate routes.
  • Communicate with flight crews, customers, ground agents, and external providers.
  • Monitor ongoing flights (flight watch) and proactively handle deviations or emergencies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company-specific regulations. 

Your Profile

  • Certified Flight Dispatcher license or equivalent (ICAO Annex 1 & 6) is preferred but not required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business aviation flight operations.
  • Strong knowledge of flight planning, meteorology, and aviation regulations.
  • Proficient in dispatch software and MS Office.
  • Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus).
  • High stress tolerance, decision-making skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
